FRANCOIS MAGNIN

Partner of the firm until 2020, François Magnin is Chairman of the Disciplinary Commission of the University of Lausanne.
Born in Lausanne in 1954, François Magnin received his law degree from the University of Lausanne in 1978. Doctor of law, his copyright thesis is entitled "The composer and the performer or performer of open music”, and he received the Charles Ph. Mercier and Professor Walter Hug awards for this work.
François Magnin completed his legal internship in the firm of Me Baptiste Rusconi in Lausanne. He passed his bar exam in 1983 joining Avocats St-Pierre in the same year.
François Magnin was Vice-President, then President of the Morges Labor Court, in addition to being the Vice-President of the Labor Court of the district of La Côte.

Bilingual (French/Italian), Laurent Mösching is an expert in Criminal and Contract law. During his Master's degree, he spent a semester at the University of Bologna, the Alma Mater Studiorum, where he perfected his knowledge of Private International law.
Passionate about music, Laurent Mösching devotes part of his spare time to various music societies, in Sion, Fribourg, and in the Canton of Vaud.

David Contini obtained a Bachelor's degree (2009) then a Master's degree (2011), in Commercial law and Employment law and Social insurance, University of Lausanne. In addition to his studies, David Contini worked as a clerk for the Lausanne Labor Court and at the Cantonal Administration Labor Court. He then worked as a lawyer in the Civilian Service departement in Lausanne in 2011. He then completed his legal internship in Lausanne with CBWM & Associés and was admitted to the bar in 2014.
